Last week we announced the sweet news that Vancouver’s 11th annual Hot Chocolate Fest was returning this month, and now we’ve got more details. Now called “Hot Chocolate Vancouver” for its 2021 iteration, as COVID-19 doesn’t allow for the event to unfold how it would normally, this sugary (and safe) celebration is slated to go down from January 16 to February 14.
